When You Do This, Magic Happens for You
In my teens I was so introverted that I couldn’t even share my secrets with my best friends. Talking about my hopes and dreams was uncomfortable, too.
As a way to understand myself and figure out what I was supposed to do in life, I read lots of books…from philosophy to classics (mostly off the shelves of my famous intellectual parents).
But guess what?
I got no answers. At best, the answers were incomplete, or worse…lame.
Have you ever had a similar experience? You searched for clarity and solutions, but couldn’t find any.
So I looked into astrology, and became an avid consumer of print magazines featuring a monthly (or yearly) horoscope.
I’d even read the daily horoscope in the newspapers my father left on the silver tray in his home office.
Trying to Manifest
The predictions were compelling, so I tried using them to make my wishes come true, in vain.
And even though I tried to fit into my astrological sign, the descriptions had almost nothing resembling me or my aspirations.
Yet my intuition told me that astrology was the way to understand my past, present and future, and to get what I wanted.
Now I know that intuition is the highest intelligence—it’s not convoluted, goes beyond linear logic, and always turns out to be right.
I love Einstein. His thinking built a solid bridge between our scientific method and the spiritual.
He valued both imagination and intuition, which he mentioned as he described how advanced notions came to him, and weren’t the fruit of his calculations or rational thinking.
I felt that astrology would also explain my:
- dislike for my female math teacher
- love for Latin
- hate for ancient Greek
- love of beautiful things
- passion for languages
- and more
I also imagined that astrology’s positive vibes would bring me the designer clothes I craved, and the perfect boyfriend, the one I imagined while listening to classical music.
Power of Imagination
I know that imagination is powerful. I’ve tested and experienced some good results.
For example, before their birth I imagined how my children would look: their hair color, facial features, even height. And they turned out to be just as I’d imagined.
Again, Einstein agreed.
“Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.”
So you can pretty much create what you want with your imagination alone. Except that your karma, mindset, thoughts and past stop your beautiful imagination from creating what you want.
Also, I believe that using the wrong kind of astrology (or spiritual tool) can both delay wish fulfillment and frustrate your soul through unnecessary waiting.
My Parents’ Disapproval
Sharing my passion for astrology with my parents turned out to be useless…every time.
In unison they’d quote in Latin an ancient Roman philosopher: the stars don’t determine the outcome of your actions.
My silent intuition disagreed.
But I knew better than getting into a deep discussion with my parents, because it was always a losing battle ending in my tearful retreat to my room.
But my intuition didn’t budge: Astrology was the way.
Fortunately a few years later I found Indian astrology in Bombay (today’s Mumbai).
India really is a magical country as my teacher Dr. Pillai says.
This predictive system was the real thing, because the Indian astrologer knew everything about me, my childhood, my favorite activities (not predictable ones like watching TV, shopping, seeing my friends or reading comics).
He told me that I was a different sign than I thought (not a Capricorn as in western astrology, but a Pisces), and gave me a list of predictions that came true—all of them. (By the way, in my horoscope there wasn’t even one planet in Capricorn.)
Fascinated, back in Italy I visited another astrologer who used tropical astrology, the Western method.
It didn’t work. She, just like the horoscopes in the magazines, seemed to have no clue about who I was, what I liked, or my future.
She spewed out a bunch of qualities and descriptions of me with the same wrong characteristics I’d read in astrology magazines.
Then she offered some vague, unimpressive psychological guidance.
Now Back at You
Do you ever feel that no matter what you try, good things just don’t happen?
Maybe:
- You’ve been living in the same old house that needs a new roof and plumbing, and your bank account isn’t helping
- You’re driving the same ugly car: the one you disliked even when you first took it home from the dealer
- You keep using the same words to get the attention of a boss who just won’t listen
- You’ve been dreaming of your ideal loving partner…but you keep attracting impossible people who make you wish for a swift breakup
The Surprising Power of Intent
Einstein said that pure madness is when you keep doing the same thing (that’s never worked before) and yet you expect a new, positive outcome.
So you need to have an intention to create something new.
How to End Painful Waiting
In my experience reaching a tipping point in a difficult situation often helps you speak the transformative words: No more!
Your intent and declaration that you won’t accept that unhappy reality can then become a powerful step to a solution.
In my experience, these two steps work magic:
Step N. 1
Say out loud what you want
You may think that spirituality is too abstract, and can’t help you fix a money or relationship problem.
But actually, the most powerful solutions are spiritual solutions because the inner becomes the outer.
Max Planck, the theoretical physicist, said it too.
“All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force… We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent Mind.
“This Mind is the matrix of all matter.”
So not only can your thoughts become matter, but the mind can create anything.
Also, I prefer “God” to “Mind”.
So asking God or an angel for what you really, really want can bring you miracles.
Step N. 2
Connect with a Powerful Archetype
You need to leave a limited perception of who you are. You’re very powerful but you forget. So to it is helpful to connect with a celestial being, an archetype.
Lord Vishnu is the Preserver God who sustains the universe, brings you wealth and well-being.
Connecting with this archetype of perfection will bring you a quick shift from a limited reality to ➡️ an unlimited one.
Not only will you feel more powerful and abundant, but miracles will happen.
Here are some easy ways to connect with Vishnu:
- Read out loud or listen to the Vishnu Sahashranama (Google it), or his 1000 names with all his amazing attributes (like humans, celestial beings also love being praised)
- Ask specifically for what you want and believe you’ll receive it
- Thank Lord Vishnu
